Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven Agency Manager to join our team in the Health Insurance Agency Channel. The primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and manage a team of independent insurance advisors/agents, driving them to meet and exceed monthly health insurance sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Team Building: Identify, recruit, and onboard prospective insurance advisors/agents to build a strong agency network.
Training & Development: Provide continuous on-the-job training on health insurance products, sales techniques, and IRDAI compliance.
Sales Execution: Motivate the advisory team to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and drive health insurance sales volume.
Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/monthly sales metrics of advisors, provide constructive feedback, and ensure regular activation.
Relationship Management: Maintain high persistence rates and build long-term relationships with advisors and policyholders.
Job Requirements
Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in BFSI sales, direct sales, or agency management (Insurance background is highly preferred).
Skills: Strong team leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Mandatory: Good understanding of local market trends and networking capabilities to acquire advisors.
