Tailor Master for T-Shirts Manufacturing Factory
3-6 Years Experience in Cutting, Overlock, Flat Lock and Lock Stitch machines.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stitching T-Shirts according to specifications, ensuring consistent quality, fit, and finish. You will be responsible for executing bulk production (Overlock, Flat Lock and Lock Stitch machines) efficiently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Stitch T-shirts based on tech packs, patterns, or samples with precision.
Operate industrial sewing machines and other tailoring tools
Ensure accuracy in measurements, fit, and garment construction
Follow production timelines and daily output targets
Perform quality checks on finished pieces
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Follow safety protocols while operating equipment

Requirements:
Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in T-shirts production
Skilled in various stitching techniques and fabric types
Ability to understand and interpret garment specifications
Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Flexibility to adapt to changes in production needs
Basic knowledge of garment construction and finishing
