Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Merchandiser to support sales operations, coordinate with clients, and manage order processing within the textile and fabric domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good follow-up abilities, and understanding of various textile processes, printing, and job work.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

Efficiently process sales orders with accuracy and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Maintain coordination between sales, production, and dispatch teams to streamline operations.

Client Coordination & Support

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for potential clients.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients regarding orders, queries, and updates.

Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Merchandising & Technical Knowledge

Ideal candidate should have understanding of different types of processes, printing techniques, and job work in the textile industry.

Support in sample development, approvals, and tracking order progress.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate and updated sales records, order sheets, client interactions, and reports.

Ensure proper documentation is completed for orders, quotations, and deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills; fluent and confident in client handling.

Excellent follow-up, negotiation, and coordination abilities.

Knowledge of textile processes, printing methods, and job work (preferred).

3 to 4 years of experience in textile/fabric industry is highly desirable.

Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and basic reporting.
