JOB DESCRIPTION
· Coordinate day-to-day operations with embroidery and printing vendors.
· Ensure all materials (e.g. fabrics, trims, artworks, tech packs) are sent to vendors on time.
· Monitor the progress of embroidery and printing orders to ensure timely completion.
· Conduct quality checks before and after embroidery/printing processes.
· Communicate artwork, placement, and technical specifications clearly to vendors.
· Maintain records of sample approvals, production runs, and rejections.
· Liaise between internal departments (merchandising, quality, logistics) and vendors.
· Follow up on approvals (strike-offs, swatches, print samples) and update the production team.
· Resolve issues related to delays, defects, or miscommunications with vendors.
· Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements in all production stages.
· Assist in cost negotiations and vendor performance evaluations.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Bachelor's degree/diploma in Fashion Technology, Textile Design, or a related field (preferred).
· 2–4 years of experience in coordinating with embroidery and printing units (factory or vendor side).
· Sound knowledge of embroidery and printing techniques (screen, digital, sublimation, etc.).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.
· Good communication and negotiation skills.
· Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
