Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and styling needs

• Guide customers in selecting suitable sarees, fabrics, colors, and designs

• Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Handle customer inquiries (in-store / phone / online)

• Assist in achieving sales targets

• Maintain product display and store presentation standards

• Coordinate with the team for order processing and client follow-ups

Requirements:

• Prior experience in fashion retail or luxury ethnic wear preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of sarees, textiles, or traditional Indian craftsmanship is an advantage

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach

• Well-groomed and presentable personality

• Ability to handle high-end clientele professionally
