Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward, and customer-centric Fashion Consultant to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a personalized styling experience to customers while achieving sales targets, maintaining brand image, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable fashion advice and styling tips.

• Drive sales by upselling, cross-selling, and offering personalized solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase client loyalty.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.

Fashion Consulting:

• Stay updated with current fashion trends, product knowledge, and seasonal collections.

• Offer styling suggestions based on customer preferences, body types, and occasions.

• Maintain a strong personal style and appearance in line with the brand's image.

• Create and update fashion lookbooks or style boards when needed.

Store Operations:

• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and product displays.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and replenishment of products.

• Handle POS billing, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation.

• Participate in stock counts, inventory management, and store promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales or fashion consulting (1-3 years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling techniques, and customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Fashion or Retail Management is a plus).

• Certification or training in Fashion Styling is an advantage.
