Position: Tailor Master Ji / Cutting Master (Specialist in Women’s Clothing)

Experience: 5–10 years in ladies’ wear cutting & stitching

Key Responsibilities

• Take precise measurements for women’s clothing (suits, blouses, lehengas, gowns, dresses, etc.).

• Create and cut patterns for all types of female garments.

• Supervise & guide junior tailors for stitching and finishing.

• Handle fittings & alterations as per customer requirements.

• Ensure high quality in finishing, style, and fitting.

• Knowledge of men’s wear (shirts, trousers, suits) will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• Expertise in ladies’ tailoring & cutting.

• Good understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and designs.

• Strong ability in pattern making, draping, and fitting.

• Knowledge of industrial sewing machines.

• Leadership skills to manage a small tailoring team.
