Wedding Photo Editor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Photo Editor to handle end-to-end editing of wedding photographs. The candidate must be capable of delivering high-quality, consistent edits aligned with the company’s style guidelines within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cull and shortlist images based on quality, composition, and storytelling.

• Perform color correction, color grading, exposure balancing, and skin tone adjustments.

• Retouch images (blemish removal, object removal, background clean-up, etc.) while maintaining a natural look.

• Ensure consistency in editing style across entire wedding sets.

• Deliver edited images within defined turnaround timelines without compromising quality.

• Organize and manage files systematically (naming, folders, backups).

• Work closely with photographers and the creative team to match editing expectations.

• Handle revisions and feedback promptly and accurately.

• Maintain confidentiality of all client data and images.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wedding photo editing (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition.

• Ability to handle large volumes of images efficiently.

• Attention to detail and consistency is mandatory.

• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of album selection and layout is a plus.
