🔹 Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves managing operational processes, maintaining reports and documentation, supporting event and project planning, and ensuring data accuracy and process compliance. This position is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are organized, eager to learn, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


🔹 Key Skills:

- Execute daily operational processes and ensure compliance with internal SOPs.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Vendor Management, Finance) for smooth flow of information.

- Maintain and update reports, trackers, dashboards, and documentation.

- Monitor process gaps, highlight issues, and support process improvements.

- Handle customer/vendor calls, emails, and follow-ups as required.

- Assist in quality checks to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

- Support operational planning for events, client requirements, and internal projects

🔹 Requirement:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

- 6 months - 3 years of experience in operations / process management / admin roles

- Strong communication & coordination skills.

- Proficiency in Powerpoint presentation, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn.
