Event Manager

We are Looking for a BDM (Business Development Manager) and client servicing

responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, lead generation, and strategic sales planning for new clients, while client servicing focuses on nurturing existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving repeat business. Together, the role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and company goals.

Business Development (BDM) responsibilities

Identify new opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, new markets, and areas for business expansion.

Generate leads: Find new business through networking, cold outreach, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.

Develop strategies: Create and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and growth.

Pitch and negotiate: Develop and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and negotiate contracts with potential clients.

Market research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Collaborate internally: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and develop solutions.

Client Servicing responsibilities

Nurture client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

Ensure satisfaction: Address client needs, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that services meet or exceed expectations.

Drive repeat business: Develop strategies to encourage repeat purchases and grow existing accounts by presenting new solutions.

Manage communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, liaising with internal departments to resolve queries.

Monitor client health: Track and measure client satisfaction through feedback and surveys.

Experience - 3Years to 5Years

Note: Applicants must have prior experience in the event management industry.
