Job Title: Marketing Manager (Minimum Experience: 3+ Years)

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of offline marketing channels and excellent communication skills.

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to support brand goals and business growth.

• Plan and manage BTL (Below The Line) activities such as events, exhibitions, mall activations, roadshows, sponsorships, and brand tie-ups.

• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and partners for event setups, printing, fabrication, and logistics.

• Oversee outdoor media planning — hoardings, transit media, retail branding, and signage.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing collateral (flyers, standees, brochures, etc.).

• Drive local marketing campaigns and community engagement programs to increase brand visibility.

• Manage budgets for offline campaigns and ensure maximum ROI.

• Track campaign performance through lead generation, footfall, and engagement metrics.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with event partners, media agencies, and external vendors.

• Work closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure 360° integrated marketing campaigns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging offline marketing opportunities.

Lead Generation & Client Engagement

• Identify offline opportunities for lead generation and engagement.

• Train and support the sales team with branding materials and event resources.

• Ensure all on-ground interactions reflect luxury service standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 3–6 years of experience in offline marketing, event marketing, or hospitality marketing.

• Knowledge of the wedding and luxury event industry (or strong willingness to learn).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual branding.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic design coordination skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in wedding planning, hospitality, luxury retail, or event production.

• Established network of vendors, venues, and marketing partners.

• Understanding of décor styling, booth design, and experiential marketing.
