Key Responsibilities:
· Support end-to-end execution of conferences (pre-event, during event, and post-event)
· Coordinate with internal teams (OCMMT, Speaker Acquisition, Sales, Marketing, Design, Tech) for task alignment
· Track conference milestones, timelines, and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks
· Maintain and update operational data across tools (Zoho Projects, CRM, Google Sheets)
· Assist in OCM onboarding coordination and ensure proper data/documentation handover
· Ensure accuracy and completeness of all operational deliverables
· Handle internal tickets and follow up for resolution within defined SLAs
· Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards for ongoing conferences
· Ensure adherence to SOPs, workflows, and process guidelines
· Support post-conference activities including reporting and closure documentation
