Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator who will assist Dr. Mahesh Gupta in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and sustainability-focused events. The role also involves acting as a key point of contact between Dr. Gupta and event organizers to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Dr. Mahesh Gupta in planning and executing events, seminars, conferences, and corporate meetings
Coordinate directly with event organizers on behalf of Dr. Mahesh Gupta
Act as the primary liaison between Dr. Gupta and internal/external stakeholders
Manage event logistics including venue booking, travel arrangements, and scheduling
Prepare event materials such as presentations, agendas, and reports
Handle communication with participants, speakers, organizers, and partners
Ensure smooth on-site event execution and promptly resolve any issues
Maintain event budgets and track expenses
Support post-event activities including feedback collection and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in event coordination or similar role (freshers with strong skills may apply)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as required
