Planning & Design: Define event goals, create comprehensive timelines, and design the event layout/theme.
Budget Management: Prepare budget estimates, allocate funds, monitor expenses, and approve invoices.
Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers, caterers, entertainment, and audiovisual teams.
Logistics & Risk Management: Select venues, organize registration/ticketing, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and develop contingency plans.
On-Site Execution: Supervise event staff, manage set-up/tear-down, and troubleshoot any issues in real-time.
