ITV Network – India News is pleased to invite applications for the Position of Travel Ticket Desk and Event Coordination for our upcoming Broadcast Media Event at Bharat Mandapam.

Position Details:

1. Travel Ticket Desk & Event Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in booking and managing travel arrangements (air/train) for International guests and internal teams

• Coordinate hotel accommodations and local transportation

• Prepare travel itineraries and maintain travel records

• Liaise with travel vendors and handle schedule changes efficiently

• Support event planning and execution activities

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and production teams

• Assist in guest registration and hospitality management

• Provide on-ground logistical support during the event.

• Location: New Delhi-Okhla

• Duration: 30/60 Days (Event-based)
