Job Summary

Kydoland is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Assistant to support the daily operations of the café. The ideal candidate should have experience in food and beverage service, beverage preparation, cashier handling, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Take customer orders accurately and process billing.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, cold beverages, snacks, and light refreshments.

• Ensure timely food and beverage service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, kitchen, and seating area.

• Refill display counters and ensure products are well presented.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about inventory requirements.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.

• Assist in opening and closing café operations.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

• Resolve basic customer concerns professionally.

Eligibility

• Experience: 1–3 years in a café, coffee shop, restaurant, or food & beverage outlet.

• Qualification: PUC/12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and café operations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
