Overview:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Electrical Service Engineers to handle installation, maintenance, and service support for our electrical equipment and machinery. This role focuses on field service activities and does not involve PLC programming or automation coding. Candidates should have strong electrical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission electrical equipment at customer sites.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

• Attend service calls and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.

• Diagnose faults related to wiring, circuits, motors, sensors, and control panels.

• Prepare detailed service reports and maintain documentation.

• Ensure availability and coordination for spare parts, tools, and materials required for service tasks.

• Provide on-site technical support and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Follow safety protocols and electrical standards during all service operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

• 1–4 years of experience in electrical servicing, maintenance, or field service.

• Strong knowledge of electrical components, wiring, power circuits, and control systems.

• Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.

• Ability to travel within the assigned region (Coimbatore/Salem/Madurai).

• Good communication skills and customer handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently at customer locations.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in installation and maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.

• Basic understanding of sensors, motors, relays, switches, and control panels (no coding/programming involved).

• Familiarity with reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
