Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

We are looking for an Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST) to join our team at Securmans Security And Manpower Services Private Limited. The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in buildings and houses. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹21800 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Air Conditioning both high and low side-, AHU's, Precision air-conditioning, window or split air conditioners, VRF, CSU, Package AC, Control Panels, all internal distribution, ducts etc.

• Electrical Power Distribution System- low side, all DBs, panels, switches and sockets etc. liaison with electrical authorities Fire Alarm and public address system. UPS and UPS room batteries, panels and distribution & lightings etc.

• All Kitchen Equipment tea/coffee vending machines.

• Regular checking, cleaning & general servicing once in a month

• Maintain all the necessary log books, registers & records for any future checks & audits

• Implementation of process improvements

• Basic tools and tackles to be provided to the team.

• Per month minimum one process initiative from their end.

• Planned preventive maintenance

• 52-week planner of all scheduled maintenance activities.

• Inventory of all equipment

• Machine History Cards

• Escalation Charts for Equipment in place

• Air Conditioning and associated equipment UPS

• Precision Air Conditioning for UPS/Data Centre

• Schedule of planned maintenance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 6 years of experience. Complete knowledge of safety procedures, the ability to understand electrical drawings/blueprints, critical thinking, and problem-solving ability are a must.

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
