Multi-Skilled Technician ( MST)

Responsibilities

·         Conducting Property Inspections in a professional, organized and disciplined manner.

·         Meeting 100% quality standards.

·         Software Report writing in English.

·         Write up recommendations for improvement.

·         Maintaining Inspection records.

·         Complete knowledge of DB Box and Main Electrical panels

·         Making DB Box detailed diagrams on software or Adobe.

·         Having knowledge and experience in following in residential and commercial real estate –

•Electrical-Wiring (high rise residential and commercial projects).

•Earthing , phase, neutral wiring gauge and 3 phase load distribution knowledge.

•Calculation, analysis and distribution of load as per the requirement.

•Knowledge of power sockets and optimum wire gauge as per the same.

•Applicable wire gauge and MCB's required for AC, Geyser and high power equipment’s.

•Knowledge of how to control electrical costs.

•Look for frayed wires and loose connections.

•Inspect wiring of assemblies for accuracy of stripping, soldering, and crimping, and for defects and colour coding.

•Verify wire and cable length.

•Earthing System Inspection, LT line, HT line breakers, Transformers, high voltage, HVAC equipment’s, VCB's, DG. Sets, MCB, Preventive Maintenance, 

•Inspection of Power generation, distribution and transmission systems

•Assist in the checking of control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues and rectify where possible.

• Knowledge of equipment uses, including power tools, Electrical tools, hand tools, and plumbing tools.

• Read and follows manuals, blueprints, and other written Electrical & Plumbing’s instructions.

• Experience in Inspect and maintain building systems as per regulations require.

• Plumbing aspects knowledge –

Understanding of plumbing lines,

Understanding of drainage pipe lines Fire pipeline, Sewage treatment plant (STP),Water treatment plant (WTP),Operating pressure pumps & other plumbing equipment’s, Ducts, Shafts,

•Insulators

•Capacitors and electrical circuits

•Transformers

•VRF System

•Experience in Inspects the building, grounds, and equipment.

•Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)

• It is a Full Time Electrician job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
