Job Description

We are looking for an Electrician The tasks will include installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in Residential & Commercial buildings and Society

Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections of wiring, fixtures, transformers, DG sets, and main distribution panels (DBs) to prevent system failures.

Breakdown Resolution: Troubleshooting power outages, electrical faults, blown fuses, and switchgear malfunctions.
Common Area Upkeep: Managing the lighting, HVAC electrical feeds, and power backups for hallways, lobbies, and parking areas.
Tenant/Resident Requests: Responding to specific electrical complaints within individual apartments or leased commercial spaces.
Compliance & Safety: Enforcing electrical codes, maintaining logbooks, and managing fire alarm systems and emergency lighting
