Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Shift Engineer to oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of key equipment and systems within our automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair, troubleshooting, and upkeep of HVAC systems, ventilation units, electrical panels, and PLC systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency during production shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regular operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for HVAC, ventilation systems, and electrical infrastructure. • Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning units and ensure optimal climate control in the facility. • Monitor and maintain electrical panels, ensuring safety compliance and uninterrupted power supply. • Operate and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) to ensure smooth machine functionality. • Coordinate with production teams to plan and schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. • Maintain detailed logs and records of maintenance activities, incidents, and repairs. • Ensure all safety protocols are followed while performing maintenance tasks. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
