Roles & Responsibilities :

 Maintenance on Store Electrical systems (fuse boxes, control panels, light fittings,

emergency lighting, lighted signage, etc.).

 Proactive approach in Maintenance system.

 Fire-Fighting installations, CCTV installations and access control. 

 Analyze the store complaints in depth and assign the technicians based on the priority.

 Receiving the complaints like Electrical, HVAC from various stores. Segregate and Categorize

the issues, solve those issues over the phone call.

 Find out the suitable vendor in remote locations and capable in Negotiating.

 Execute the works as per plan on time.

Languages known: Kannada, Hindi & English  

Skill: MS Office

Knowledge: Civil and Electrical 

Location: Bangalore

(MCB - Miniature Circuit Breaker, RCCB- Residual Current Circuit Breaker,  ELCB - Earth Leakage

Circuit Breaker)
