Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician
Reporting To: Manager – Operations

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in commercial complexes, malls, or large facilities.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Candidate Profile

• Gender: Male

• Age: 25–27 years

• Languages: Hindi and any South Indian language (spoken and written preferred)

Work Schedule

• Shift Duration: 12 Hours

• Weekly Off: 1 day (weekdays only)

Job Summary

The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within a commercial complex or mall. The role requires ensuring uninterrupted functioning of critical electrical infrastructure while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain Diesel Generator (DG) sets.

• Handle maintenance and basic troubleshooting of Air Conditioning (AC) systems.

• Ensure proper functioning of floor lighting and electrical fixtures.

• Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of escalators and elevators.

• Operate, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical control panels.

• Identify and rectify electrical faults to minimize downtime.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain maintenance records.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with DG sets, AC systems, lifts, escalators, and control panels.

• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work in rotational and extended shifts as required.
