Job Opening: Electrician Assembly Technician

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and capable Electrician & Assembly Technician to join our team in Goregaon. This is a dynamic, hybrid role. When in the office, you will be responsible for assembling our LED indoor light fixtures. When our clients face issues, you will travel directly to sites—primarily along the Western Line in Mumbai—to troubleshoot and resolve issues first-hand.

• Office Location: Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon (East/West), Mumbai.

• Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:15 PM | Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• In-Office Production: Correctly assemble components for indoor LED ceiling lights and downlights according to our quality guidelines.

• On-Site Troubleshooting: Visit client sites to diagnose, check internal wiring, and fix any product or driver issues on-site.

• Field Travel & Transport: Seamlessly travel by local train to clientele locations across Western Mumbai to attend to technical complaints.

• Product Delivery: Occasionally handle the transit and delivery of batches of 40–50 pieces of light fixtures via local trains to client sites.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: ITI Diploma in Electrical trade OR

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years of solid on-field electrical experience (if non-ITI).

• Sound knowledge of LED drivers, internal circuitry, and general lighting fixtures.

Skills & Other Requirements

• Comfortable traveling daily via the Western Line local trains.

• Physical stamina to carry mid-sized delivery batches (40-50 pieces of LED lights) via public transit.

• Polite and professional behavior when coordinating with clients or site supervisors.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹16,000 – 18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and trade skills).

• Travel Benefits: Full reimbursement of local train travel expenses / monthly railway travel pass for expenses incurred from office to site.
