Job Description
A versatile and passionate technocrat with experience in executing Low Voltage Electrical Control panel manufacturing projects; execution of electric control wiring in panels, including motor starter wirings, meter wirings, RYB LED indication wirings, ramping-up projects within time & quality guidelines, as per IEC standards.
Responsibilities
Sound knowledge in selection & sizing calculations of Low Voltage switchgear components like Circuit Breakers, Busbars, Transformers, Protection Relays, CT’s/PT’s, Meters, etc.
Review Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Bill of Materials, complete electrical wiring as per technical drawings and BOM. Resolve technical issues with customers/sales, provide seamless execution of operation of electric control panel, including testing. Keeping safety as the highest importance. Familiar with Low Voltage switchgear products, meters, relays and wiring configurations, their models and configurations. Work with customers/consultants to guide on industrial standard practices.
Solve complex power challenges with economic and efficient solutions as per safety standards. Preparation of coordination study and short circuit study as per IEC standards for low voltage control panels. Review project schedule, ensure on-time delivery, coordination with customers and shopfloor managers. Collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, Process Engineering and Quality to achieve and maintain effective project schedules.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma Electrical with 2 years experience as a control panel wireman. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Sound knowledge in switchgears, meters and relays, their models and prices.
