Role : Electrical Maintenance
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to handle electrical maintenance activities, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the smooth and safe operation of plant machinery and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and plant machinery.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum machine downtime.
Maintain and monitor HT/LT panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, transformers, DG sets, motors, pumps, VFDs, and electrical control systems.
Perform electrical inspection, testing, and maintenance as per defined schedules.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical wiring, cables, switchgear, control panels, and protection systems.
Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance and breakdown activities.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists, and spare-parts requirements.
Identify recurring electrical issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with external vendors/contractors for electrical maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment whenever required.
Maintain adequate inventory of critical electrical spares.
