Job Title: Picker (Pickup Executive)

Reporting To: Route Manager / Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Picker (Pickup Executive) is responsible for visiting assigned locations to collect materials/products from customers. This role requires timely pickups, proper handling of items, and accurate documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned locations as per the daily route plan for pickups

- Collect materials/products from customers

- Verify items against pickup details (quantity, type, and condition)

- Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of items

- Update pickup status in the system/app or report to the supervisor

- Maintain proper documentation (receipts, acknowledgments, etc.)

- Coordinate with the Route Manager for any issues during pickups

- Follow company policies, guidelines, and safety protocols

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned pickups

Requirements:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

- Valid driving license (if applicable)

- Basic knowledge of mobile applications for updates

- Good communication skills

- Physically fit for field work
