निर्धारित समय पर वाहन लेकर रिपोर्ट करना एवं सौंपे गए रूट पर सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग करना
ट्रैफिक नियमों एवं कंपनी/संस्था की नीतियों का पालन करना
यात्रियों या सामग्री को सुरक्षित रूप से लाना–ले जाना
वाहन की दैनिक जाँच करना (ब्रेक, लाइट, टायर, ईंधन आदि)
वाहन को साफ-सुथरा एवं अच्छी स्थिति में रखना
ईंधन भरवाने, सर्विसिंग एवं मरम्मत से संबंधित जानकारी देना
वाहन से जुड़े सभी रिकॉर्ड/लॉग बुक बनाए रखना
आपात स्थिति में सूझबूझ और जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करना
वरिष्ठ अधिकारी/डिस्पैच टीम के निर्देशों का पालन करना
यात्रियों के साथ विनम्र एवं पेशेवर व्यवहार करना
