Driver Bike Rider

A leading logistics firm is looking for responsible and hardworking Bike Riders / Delivery Riders to join our logistics and delivery operations in Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru. The rider will be responsible for completing assigned delivery orders safely, efficiently, and within the required time.

What we offer:

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month

Opportunity to earn additional incentives based on number of orders completed, as per company structure

Room accommodation

Vehicle for delivery operations

(Riders are expected to take proper care of the company-provided vehicle and accommodation, following applicable company rules)

Vasanth Nagar and Yashwanthpur

Mandatory Documents & Requirements

Candidates must compulsorily have the following:

Aadhaar Card

PAN Card

Valid Driving Licence

Bank Passbook / Bank Account Details

Android Mobile Phone

Valid Email ID

Working Slots

Morning Slot - 8 AM

Second Slot - 3.30 PM

Riders should be available for both slots as required and must follow the assigned schedule

Candidate Requirements

Valid driving licence

Comfortable riding a two-wheeler for delivery operations

Basic knowledge of Android smartphones and delivery applications

Punctual and responsible

Willing to work in both assigned delivery slots

Good communication and customer-handling skills (advantage) •

Physically fit to perform delivery duties

Willing to achieve the minimum order target of 80 orders`

Key Responsibilities

Complete assigned delivery orders on time and efficiently

Achieve the minimum requirement of 80 completed orders

Report on time for assigned delivery slots

Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices

Handle the company-provided vehicle responsibly

Maintain proper communication with the operations team

Update order status accurately through the required application/system

Maintain good customer service and professional behaviour

Follow company rules, safety guidelines, and operational instructions

Be flexible with working hours based on operational requirements
