Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for a Social Media marketing executive to join our team at Yava Ayurveda Hospital to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Plan, create & schedule posts, reels, and stories.

• Video editing (short-form reels, product videos, testimonials, campaigns).

• Graphic designing for posts, ads, and stories.

• Content writing (captions, ad copies, blog posts, website content).

• Develop content ideas aligned with Ayurveda & healthcare niche.

• Monitor trends, hashtags & analytics to maximize reach.

🎯 Required Skills:

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.

• Strong video editing & graphic designing skills.

• Excellent knowledge of social media trends & algorithms.

• Good command of English & Hindi (content writing + captions).

• Creativity in generating engaging content ideas.

• Basic knowledge of paid ads & analytics.

• Prior experience of 2+ years in Social Media / Video Editing role.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
