We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage our social media pages and handle customer leads for Triptoll.

The candidate will be responsible for posting regular updates, running advertisements, and responding to leads received through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and post regular content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Run basic paid advertisements and boost posts
Handle incoming leads, messages, and comments professionally
Share lead details with the sales/operations team
Follow up with leads and maintain simple lead records
Reply to customer queries in a timely manner
Ensure brand image and communication is professional

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ads
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Ability to handle chats, calls, and leads
Basic computer & mobile app knowledge
Experience in social media handling is a plus
