Social Media marketing executive

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator who can develop engaging social media content, create short-form videos and reels, and manage daily content publishing across our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, storytelling, and visual content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and promotional content for the company's brands and products.

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, captions, and storyboards for social media content.

• Shoot and edit product videos, reels, and other marketing creatives.

• Design and publish social media posts, carousels, stories, and festival-related creatives.

• Manage daily content posting and scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Research trending audio, viral formats, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to the brand and target audience.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.

• Create product-focused content highlighting features, benefits, USPs, and brand identity.

• Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, and shares, and suggest improvements.

• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.

• Good creative writing skills for captions, hooks, scripts, and social media copy.

• Understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.

• Ability to create original, visually appealing, and engaging content.

• Good communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Experience & Qualification

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in content creation, social media marketing, or a related role.

• Qualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with strong practical skills and a relevant portfolio may also apply.

• A portfolio of Instagram Reels, videos, or social media creatives will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

• Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new content formats.

• Able to transform product information into engaging social media stories.

• Interested in digital marketing, branding, and video content creation.

• Able to work collaboratively and meet content publishing deadlines.

Work Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
Work Schedule: Day shift, 6 days a week
