Handle phone calls related to customer orders, queries, feedback

Engage with customers, respond to DMs, comments, and build community

Be actively involved in photo/video shoots – both assisting and participating if required

Provide admin and coordination support to the founder and creative team

Assist in backend tasks related to both export operations and the growing fashion startup

managing Instagram feeds as they are assisting with day-to-day operations.

Fluent in English & Hindi, with strong communication skills

Comfortable handling two brands and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with social media and basic content ideas

Willing to take initiative and manage communications – especially over phone calls

Energetic, proactive, and presentable

Flexible with work hours and ready to pitch in wherever needed
