We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Social Media & Lead Generation Executive who can manage our social media presence, generate qualified leads, communicate professionally with prospective clients, follow up with leads, and help convert interested prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of digital and social media marketing, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter and other relevant channels.
Create and publish engaging content related to stock market education, wealth creation, investment research and portfolio management.
Plan social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement and website traffic.
Generate potential customer leads through social media, digital campaigns, website enquiries and other online channels.
Respond promptly and professionally to social media messages, comments and customer enquiries.
Communicate with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and social media.
Understand prospects’ requirements and introduce the company’s relevant services clearly and professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
Nurture leads and support their conversion into customers.
Maintain an organized database/CRM of leads, conversations, follow-up dates and conversion status.
Coordinate with management regarding important prospects and business opportunities.
Track lead sources, conversion rates, campaign performance and revenue generated from marketing activities.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media growth, leads generated, follow-ups, conversions and revenue.
Suggest new ideas and campaigns to improve the company’s online presence and lead generation.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good spoken and written English and Hindi.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Ability to communicate confidently with prospective customers.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other social media content-creation tools is preferred.
Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and lead tracking is preferred.
Interest or basic understanding of the stock market, investment and wealth management will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and comfortable working toward lead-generation and conversion goals.
