Social Media marketing executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and others, with a strong focus on lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing followers, and converting audience engagement into qualified business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals, especially lead generation.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc.) to attract and convert followers.

• Run targeted ad campaigns and promotions to generate quality leads.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align social media efforts with campaigns.

• Monitor analytics to measure content performance, reach, engagement, and lead conversion.

• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Track and report weekly/monthly performance, including leads generated and ROI.

• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and CRM integrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, including content strategies and ad tools.

• Experience with lead generation via social media (organic and paid).

• Creative thinking and ability to design or direct visually appealing content.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Studio.

• Analytical mindset and experience using insights to optimize performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic video editing skills (for reels, shorts, etc.)

• Experience with influencer collaborations or partnerships.

• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social video content.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms.
