We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives, strengthen our online presence, and drive qualified leads for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.

Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels: SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Lead performance marketing campaigns to generate leads and maximize ROI.

Oversee company website updates, ensuring SEO-friendliness, user experience, and lead conversion.

Plan and execute social media content calendars, advertisements, and engagement activities.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quality lead generation and conversion support.

Identify emerging digital trends and implement best practices to stay ahead in the real estate market.

Manage external agencies/vendors for creative, media buying, and other digital needs.

Build and nurture the brand identity of The Whitelisted Estates across online platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s preferred.

1–5years of proven experience in digital marketing (real estate sector experience is a plus).

Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.

Hands-on experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.

Excellent communication, creative thinking, and leadership skills.

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong organizational and project management skills.
