Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive with strong practical, hands-on experience in managing and growing brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should not only have knowledge of social media but must have real-world experience independently handling accounts, content, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage and handle social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and videos)

Ensure daily activity and consistent brand communication across platforms

Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies

Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries

Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns

Update and maintain website content (basic operational understanding required)

Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare regular reports

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven, hands-on experience in managing social media platforms

Practical experience in content creation, scheduling, posting, and audience engagement

Working knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram); Ads knowledge is an added advantage

Basic understanding of YouTube management and website updates

Strong creative thinking, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media activities
