Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

We are hiring a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and execute online campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate will have up to 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and optimizing ad performance for lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage FACEBOOK ADS and GOOGL ADS campaigns for company products and services.

Launch and monitor paid marketing campaigns with specific objectives (leads, traffic, conversions).

Analyze campaign performance and optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets.

Generate daily/weekly reports on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).

Stay up to date with trends and algorithm changes across ad platforms.

Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

Research audience behavior to improve ad targeting and campaign reach.

Eligibility Criteria

Maximum 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (internships count). Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads.

Strong understanding of ad campaign metrics and digital KPIs.

Creative mindset and basic knowledge of ad design principles.

Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or conversion tracking (preferred).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).

Key Roles

Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of Facebook and Google ad campaigns.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve ads for maximum ROI.

Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs and suggest improvements.

Brand Promotion: Build awareness for company products and services through paid media.

Audience Targeting: Strategically define and reach the right audience.
