Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive / Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Professional to develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and strengthen customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital channels, content creation, SEO/SEM, and analytics, with the ability to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Plan and oversee content marketing activities, including blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, and social media posts.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, display, remarketing).
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights, and prepare regular reports.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Manage company website updates and ensure content is SEO-friendly.
Build and manage the brand’s presence on B2B/B2C online platforms and marketplaces.
Track and measure ROI of marketing campaigns and optimize budgets accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (manager level: 5–8 years).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and analytical ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
Experience in B2B industries (chemicals, pigments, coatings, manufacturing, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing tools.
