Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who can manage our brand presence across social platforms and create engaging content that drives reach, engagement, and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Tractor Junction’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms

Plan and execute social media content calendars

Create engaging post copies, captions, and campaign ideas

Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives and reels

Track and improve engagement, reach, and follower growth

Monitor comments, messages, and ensure timely community management

Support paid ad campaigns with ad copies and creatives

Stay updated with trending formats, reels, and social media trends

Analyze performance using Meta insights and social media analytics tools

Required Skills

Good understanding of social media platforms & trends

Strong Hindi + English copywriting skills

Basic knowledge of reels, short videos, and visual storytelling

Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, etc.)

Creative thinking with a brand-first approach

Who Should Apply
