Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive who has hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), campaign management, and managing multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, trend-aware, and capable of driving engagement and leads through paid and organic strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Manage and grow social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

Meta Ads & Campaign Management

Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Set up ad objectives (Leads, Traffic, Conversions, Engagement)
Audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation
Budget planning, A/B testing, and performance optimization
Track KPIs like CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and Leads

Content & Strategy

Collaborate with designers and content writers for creatives & copies
Develop monthly social media calendars and campaign plans
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor insights and ad performance regularly
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Suggest improvements based on data and insights

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of paid & organic social media strategies
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics
Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions, and content formats
Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads
Experience in lead generation, education, real estate, or service-based ads
Knowledge of pixel setup, custom conversions & retargeting
