Social Media Marketer

Position Overview:

As a Social Media Marketer at Lead Height Company, you will play a key role in shaping our digital voice. You’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive qualified traffic and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.

• Manage and grow Lead Height’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube.

• Create and schedule engaging, on-brand content (text, image, video, reels, stories).

• Monitor analytics, performance metrics, and campaign ROI; adjust strategies based on insights.

• Stay up to date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign integration.

• Manage social media advertising (organic and paid) and A/B testing campaigns.

• Respond to community comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

• Support influencer marketing initiatives and online partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

• 6 months of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

• Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.

• Strong understanding of SEO, paid social, and content strategy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
