💼 Job Description:

We’re hiring a Social Media Marketer (SMM) who is passionate about digital content and growth marketing. The ideal candidate will manage both organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and publish creative content on multiple platforms

• Manage paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager

• Monitor performance: reach, engagement, leads

• Respond to messages/comments, drive community engagement

• Create basic creatives and reels (Canva or similar tools)

🧰 Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Instagram Insights

• Basic video editing and content planning

• Creative mindset with social media trend awareness

✅ Eligibility:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year

• Age: Up to 32 years

• Gender: Male / Female

• Location: Must be able to work from Newtown, Kolkata
