Production & Inventory Coordination: Check product availability and coordinate with the production, inventory and sampling teams if a selected product is unavailable or needs to be arranged.
On-Floor Operations: Be actively involved on the floor and coordinate directly with the relevant teams to ensure influencer orders are processed on priority.
Fast Dispatch Management: Ensure approved collaboration products are packed and shipped within the required timeline, ideally on the same/next working day wherever possible.

Influencer Follow-ups: Stay in constant communication with influencers to ensure timely product receipt, shooting and content submission.
Content Quality Control: Ensure every collaboration delivers premium-quality content that meets Wabi Sabi’s aesthetic and brand standards.
Content Publishing: Coordinate and maintain a minimum target of 3 collaboration posts/reels per day on Instagram.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a complete tracker of every collaboration—from pitch → approval → selection → production/availability → dispatch → delivery → content received → post live.
Monthly Target: Independently manage and close 100–150 premium-quality influencer collaborations every month, without compromising on creator or content quality.
