Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Svolta Group’s services to prospective clients. The role involves building and maintaining a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client needs are understood and addressed, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and reporting regularly on sales performance. The role also includes nurturing long-term client relationships, gathering feedback, and supporting account growth through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.

• Solid communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions and negotiations.

• Understanding of digital marketing or online brand-building services, with the ability to explain value propositions clearly.

• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and deadlines effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM software and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, email platforms).

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or marketing agencies, is highly beneficial (2-3 years of experience required).

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
