Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for different platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities to optimize performance.

• Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and track ROI.

• Manage online reputation by responding to comments, queries, and messages.

• Analyze performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting dashboards.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams for campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Creativity and ability to generate engaging content.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of paid ads and social media tools is a plus.

• Experience (0–2 years) in social media marketing or digital marketing agency preferred.
