Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients.

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.

Campaign Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns.

• Develop strategic social media plans tailored to clients' business goals and target audience.

• Ensure campaigns are on time, within budget, and aligned with clients’ objectives.

• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients with actionable insights.

Strategy and Content Development:

• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-quality content for social media platforms.

• Provide recommendations for content strategies, social media tactics, and best practices.

• Keep up with industry trends and make recommendations for new opportunities and strategies.

Client Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate detailed reports on social media performance, including metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.

• Analyze data to continuously optimize and improve campaigns.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

• Coordinate with the client’s internal teams to align on social media goals and strategies.

Client Education and Support:

• Provide clients with guidance on social media best practices and emerging trends.

• Troubleshoot issues related to account management, platforms, or content performance.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or account management, preferably within an agency or digital marketing environment.

• Proven track record of managing social media accounts and campaigns.

• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and draw actionable insights.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.

• Knowledge of social media advertising and paid media campaigns.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
