• Write engaging captions, posts, and scripts to communicate the brand's vision effectively.

• Manage and execute organic growth strategies and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize growth and engagement.

• Proven work experience in personal branding, social media management, and video production.

• Proficiency in video shooting, editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects), and photo editing (Photoshop).

• Strong knowledge of organic marketing and paid advertising strategies.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
