Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns achieve targeted ROI, CAC, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Optimize funnels and user journeys to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing / digital advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, retargeting, and affiliate marketing.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, or Mixpanel.
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
