Position: Social Media Manager
Location: Noida Sector 2 (Near Sector 15 Metro Station)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage client accounts, create engaging content, and drive growth across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and handle 15–20 client accounts efficiently.
Communicate regularly with clients and understand their requirements.
Ensure strong client retention and satisfaction.
Plan and publish social media posts, stories, and reels.
Create engaging content calendars and marketing strategies.
Research and use relevant hashtags and keywords to improve reach.
Identify trends and create viral content ideas.
Monitor account performance and prepare reports.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams.
Provide guidance and training to team members when required.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Understanding of content strategy, hashtags, keywords, and social media algorithms.
Creative thinking and trend analysis abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
